Product Description
The outer, irregular edge of a leather hide called the scraps and is often discarded since the jagged edges cannot easily be used with leather die cutters. We finally found a leather craftsman who used every bit of the leather, including the scraps. Our leather collars use the entire hide so the exact color and weight of the leather may vary.

| story | We searched for two years to find a leather manufacturer to make our leather goods but many had closed down. At one time, New England was the leather capital of the nation. We finally found the leather craftsmen who were laid off from the leather factories. Each piece is made by hand from start to finish. |
