We use the US Postal Service unless otherwise states. Items of value over $100.00 are mailed through United Parcel Service (UPS).
All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed prior to 5pm Eastern Time (ET), Monday through Friday, should be shipped within one week that the order is placed. Some products have limited quantity and/or are made to order and may take up to three weeks to arrive.

Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states will arrive approximately two weeks after the payment is received.Shipping is based on the cost of items before tax is applied.Please email us if you would like something shipped internationally.

Gift Services Available
Gift box costs $5.00 per box, and there is no additional charge for including more than one item in a box. Our gift boxes are black and white with recycled glossy magazine filler.
If you submit a gift message, we will include a personalized gift card and attach it to the box. We remove any indication of price on all orders. - Privacy & Security We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at greenlifesavor. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

If you place an order through greenlifesavor, we will ask you for your e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. All archived credit card information is maintained in a secure and safe environment. Due to the nature of greenlifesavor products, there will be variations in color, size, and texture. There may be slight imperfections which truly make each piece
one of a kind. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, provided that returned items are in their original condition. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. We regret that items that are made-to-order cannot be returned. We invite interested visitors to sign up to receive occasional e-mails about new products, featured artists, and green tips. When you sign up, we ask for your first name and e-mail address. You can also choose to let us about your product interests and or if you have a new idea. We do not allow any other companies to use our email list to market to our customers. We do not rent, sell or share our email list.
